The Digital Printing Representative is commissioned based. The ideal individual will prospect and generate new commercial print clients and maintain existing clients.

  • Identify leads through network and cold calls, manage prospects and acquire new business
  • Manage key accounts and service existing clients
  • Respond to quote requests from leads and inquiries
  • Resolve issues and ensure client deadline requirements are met
  • Stay up to date on new features and product launches
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve client experience
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas


  • 3-5 years' experience in outside sales, including cold calls, calling sales with strong track record of success within all printing markets
  • Experience with trade shows, commercial, retail, and promotional merchandise a plus
  • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
